Pricing

A booking total is made up of:

1. Service amount — for the work, set by the job type and one of these modes:
   • Flat — a fixed price for the task.
   • Per hour — billed by time worked.
   • Per unit — billed by quantity (e.g. per item, per room).
2. Platform fee — for the technology, matching, verification, and safety tools. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.
3. Taxes — GST is charged where applicable.

The Setu Partner receives the service amount for the job. Payouts are made to the Setu Partner's registered bank/UPI account after the job is marked complete, typically within 1–3 business days.

• On confirming a booking, the service amount + platform fee is collected upfront.
• The Setu Partner's share is held and released on completion (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank credentials.
